Abstract: The goal of the present project is the industrial research needed to develop and optimize enabling technologies oriented to the manufacturing of microelectronic and microelectromechanical components for microwave transmission and detection, meeting the requirements of broad band, high power, high data rate, high integration. A particular emphasis is placed on the integration and packaging for the specific applications.
