Primary activity: Our research activity focuses on the development of advanced quantum control tools to address and manipulate solid-state spin qubit systems, both for fundamental quantum science and for quantum technology applications. We aim at realizing quantum sensors exploiting the spin associated to fluorescent quantum defects in diamond, achieving improved resolution and sensitivity, with strong focus to biological applications.
