Abstract: The project aims to train experts capable of designing and managing the communication of the organization to which they belong, in particular with regard to the skills, infrastructures and laboratories that constitute its scientific and technological engine.
The scholarship holders will be trained to support the planning and implementation of institutional communication plans, in order to establish and maintain relationships with local stakeholders by appropriately identifying them, choosing the best channels to reach them and appropriately defining the contents of the communication, with a two-way approach, aimed at also enhancing listening to the stakeholder to respond effectively to his specific needs.
